Digital products (templates, PDFs, downloadable files)

Digital products are delivered instantly. After a successful payment, you will receive an order-confirmation email containing download links, and the same files will be available in your account dashboard under Downloads. Links never expire while your account is in good standing. If a link fails, log in and re-download from your dashboard.

Courses

Course access is granted to your account within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Log in, navigate to Account → Courses, and you'll see your enrolled courses listed. Course progress is saved automatically. You retain access for the lifetime of the course on this platform, including any updates we publish.

Coaching & consulting

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite, the meeting link (Google Meet or Zoom), and a pre-session intake form. Reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the session. If you need to reschedule, use the link in the confirmation email or visit /schedule/manage.

Subscriptions

Subscription access activates immediately on successful payment. Your billing cycle starts on the day of payment and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until then.

Access issues

If you can't access something you purchased: • Wait 5 minutes and refresh - payment webhooks occasionally take a moment to settle. • Check /account/orders to confirm the order shows as paid. • If the order shows paid but you still can't access the content, email support@ishanparihar.com with your order number. We respond within 1 business day.
