1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ishanparihar.com (the "Site") and the digital products, courses, coaching, consulting, and subscription services offered by Ishan Parihar ("we", "us", or "Ishan Parihar"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information at registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are being used fraudulently.
3. Paid services & billing
Some content and services are paid. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You authorize us (via our payment processor Razorpay) to charge the recurring fee to your designated payment method.
4. Refunds & cancellations
• One-time digital products (templates, PDFs): refundable within 7 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded or significantly used the product. • Courses: refundable within 14 days of enrollment only if less than 25% of the course has been consumed. • Coaching & consulting: refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled session; thereafter non-refundable. • Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain access until then). We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period except where required by law. To request a refund, email billing@ishanparihar.com with your order number.
5. Content license
Content you publish on the Site (comments, forum posts, project descriptions) remains yours. By publishing, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you have the rights to publish anything you post and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
All Site content - frameworks (HoloOS, LifeOS, Forge), course materials, blog articles, templates, the HoloOS architecture, assessments, code samples, the Prism Engine, logos, and design system - is owned by Ishan Parihar and protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works for commercial use without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Site or its content. • Use the AI chat assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content. • Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or access controls. • Upload malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages. • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with us. • Use the service in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Delete account), which triggers a 30-day grace period during which the deletion can be reversed. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, licenses granted to you end, but sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Coaching, consulting, and course content is educational and informational only - it is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances; we make no guarantee of specific results. AI chat responses may be inaccurate; verify critical information independently.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ishan Parihar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site - even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration administered in Bengaluru, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration is Bengaluru; the language is English. Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Consumer-protection statutes that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
